Job Summary:

Silvis Center Rehab and Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals in Silvis, Illinois. As a Registered Nurse at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting a positive and supportive environment for our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and IV therapy
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Participate in routine care rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and confidentiality in all patient-related matters
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care

Requirements:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
