Job Description Oracle Health is seeking a Clinical Consultant to support Federal healthcare customers implementing and optimizing the Health System Operations suite of solutions. In this role, you will leverage your clinical experience and healthcare operations knowledge to help customers improve workflows, support solution adoption, and achieve operational objectives. As a member of a consulting team, you will partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to evaluate current workflows, support future-state design activities, and assist customers through organizational change associated with technology adoption. You will contribute to implementation activities, operational readiness efforts, and optimization initiatives while developing expertise in Oracle Health solutions and Federal healthcare operations. The ideal candidate is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with healthcare operations experience and strong communication skills. Experience with healthcare technology, EHR systems, healthcare consulting, or clinical informatics is beneficial but not required. Responsibilities
- Support Federal healthcare customers in evaluating workflows and operational processes related to Health System Operations solutions.
- Participate in workflow analysis, business process improvement, and operational transformation activities.
- Assist with customer workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews.
- Support organizational readiness, change management, and adoption activities.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for workflow improvement.
- Assist with deployment planning, go-live activities, stabilization efforts, and post-implementation optimization.
- Analyze operational requirements and customer challenges to develop recommendations and documentation.
- Build productive relationships with customer stakeholders and project team members.
- Create customer-facing deliverables including workflow analyses, presentations, and status updates.

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare, healthcare operations, healthcare technology, or consulting experience
- Clinical healthcare experience required
- Experience supporting healthcare technology implementations preferred
- Experience working with Federal healthcare organizations preferred
- Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner solutions preferred
- Clinical Informatics experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Required travel up to 80% Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
