Job Description

Registered Nurse travel contract for a 13‑week assignment in Sterling, Illinois. The role offers competitive pay at 13% above market average, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in a variety of care settings. Candidates must hold a valid Illinois RN license and be available for 3×12‑hour night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders. Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interventions. Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions during overnight hours.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license in Illinois or Illinois Compact license. BLS certification. CPR certification. Ability to work 3×12‑hour night shifts. Strong assessment and documentation skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
At least 1 year of RN experience. Experience in Skilled Nursing, Long‑Term Care, Rehab, or Acute Care settings.
