Up to $2,500.00 Weekly Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Observation within a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) setting to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring short-term observation and stabilization, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through vigilant assessment, timely interventions, and collaborative care planning. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments upon admission and throughout the observation stay, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological monitoring. Administer medications accurately, including IV infusions and injections, while adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols. Monitor patients for signs of acute pain, respiratory distress, or other emergent conditions; respond swiftly to changes in patient status. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with best practices and hospital standards.

Requirements:

1 Year Relevant Nursing Experience BLS (AHA)

RN State License Pay:

$2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per week
