Geriatrics/Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group has an excellent new outpatient Geriatric APN opportunity for a beautiful 55+ community in Burr Ridge. This community serves residents who both live independently, with some needing assistance and memory care.

• Experienced APNs who can work independently as a solo practitioner, preferred
• Full Practice Authority License, preferred
• Average number of patient visits per day 10-12

Clinic Schedule:

Monday - Friday (Days)

• Provide support of EMR in basket
• Occurrence based malpractice insurance coverage
• Competitive compensation, PTO and CME

Annual Salary:

$118K - $125K Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Master's degree in Nursing

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED

• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office.
• ACLS Certification, required
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
