When not completing educational duties, you will assist with nursing
QA Education Responsibilities:
In lab and in home skills checks for new HHA's In lab skills checks annually for HHA's, LPN's, and RN's Administer employee drug screens and TB tests
QA Responsibilities:
Creation of client prior authorizations and 485's Correspondence with physicians offices and State of IN Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Maintain accurate patient medical records
Qualifications:
Active RN license 2 years previous experience in home health care Familiarity with medical software and equipment Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
