Family is seeking 1 Full Time RN/LPN to work Monday
  • Wednesday, 7:30AM-4:30PM Tendercare Home Health is seeking an RN/LPN to care for a pediatric patient in the Brownsburg area who is passionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality, individualized care.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Ability to think critically and make decisions when caring for patients in their home environment.
  • Follow individualized care plans and document patient progress.
  • Provide direct care to patients, administer medications, monitor vital signs, perform physical assessments and treatments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Complete electronic documentation and paper documentation that maintains compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting and mobility assistance.
  • Participate in continuing education as required.
  • Provide compassionate care in the patient's home, fostering a supportive, respectful environment that prioritizes their well-being.
Qualifications Include:
  • Active Indiana or Compact RN/LPN license in good standing
  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
  • CPR certification
  • Familiarity with HIPAA.
  • Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
  • Strong clinical assessment skills
  • Confident working independently and managing patient care in a home setting
  • Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds and pass a fit to work screen
