Family is seeking 1 Full Time RN/LPN to work Monday
- Wednesday, 7:30AM-4:30PM Tendercare Home Health is seeking an RN/LPN to care for a pediatric patient in the Brownsburg area who is passionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality, individualized care.

Responsibilities Include:
- Ability to think critically and make decisions when caring for patients in their home environment.
- Follow individualized care plans and document patient progress.
- Provide direct care to patients, administer medications, monitor vital signs, perform physical assessments and treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Complete electronic documentation and paper documentation that maintains compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting and mobility assistance.
- Participate in continuing education as required.
- Provide compassionate care in the patient's home, fostering a supportive, respectful environment that prioritizes their well-being.
Qualifications Include:
- Active Indiana or Compact RN/LPN license in good standing
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
- CPR certification
- Familiarity with HIPAA.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Confident working independently and managing patient care in a home setting
- Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds and pass a fit to work screen
