Carmel, IN Job Details Permanent | Full-time $22 - $28 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications RN License Outpatient Attention to detail Patient interaction Plastic surgery Full Job Description About This Role Nestea Recruiting is a recruiting agency sourcing a Registered Nurse on behalf of our client, SH Carmel IN LLC, a med spa in Carmel, IN providing outpatient, non-invasive cosmetic and wellness services. This is an on-site role; SH Carmel IN LLC is the employer and you would join their clinical team directly. Position Summary This position supports nursing care in an aesthetic outpatient setting, including client intake review, safety screening, documentation, observation during scheduled services, and communication with the supervising provider and care team. The role suits an RN who can follow clinical protocols, document accurately, communicate professionally, and provide safe client care. All duties are assigned according to provider direction, the employer's procedures, and applicable Indiana nursing regulations and scope-of-practice requirements. Key Responsibilities Review client intake forms, medical history, and treatment-related screening information Support the clinical team during scheduled client visits Observe clients during assigned services and report concerns Complete accurate notes, consent documentation, service records, and charting Provide clients with approved pre-visit and post-visit instructions Prepare treatment areas, supplies, and equipment per clinic procedures Follow infection control, sanitation, privacy, and safety standards Communicate clearly with management, providers, and team members regarding client care Escalate medical questions, unusual symptoms, contraindications, or concerns to the supervising clinical provider Attend required onboarding, protocol training, and education sessions Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Ability to work in an outpatient, client-facing clinical environment Strong documentation and professional communication skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written protocols and clinical direction Careful attention to detail Willingness to complete required training before performing assigned duties Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, aesthetics, outpatient, or medical office settings helpful but not required Schedule 4 days per week, including Sunday and 3 weekdays Shifts approximately 7-8 hours within clinic operating hours Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM; Sunday 11:00 AM-6:00 PM Occasional time before opening or after closing may be needed for clinical or administrative tasks Final schedule confirmed during the interview process based on location needs Pay $22-$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications All required training hours are paid Any additional compensation details will be reviewed clearly during hiring Employment Structure This is a W-2 employee position with SH Carmel IN LLC (the hiring med spa).
