Our office is fast-paced, collaborative, and fun — and we are looking for an enthusiastic RN to join our team on Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesday. Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is an essential member of our pediatric primary care team. This role involves direct patient care, triage, patient education, vaccine administration, and coordination of care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults.

Responsibilities Perform telephone triage for acute illnesses and wellness concerns Communicate lab and test results to patients and families Provide patient and parent education Coordinate patient care, referrals, labs, and diagnostic testing Schedule and assist with office appointments Assist providers during clinic visits Room patients and obtain vital signs, height, weight, and growth chart documentation Assess patients for acute illness or wellness concerns Administer vaccines and maintain immunization records Assist with in-office testing and procedures (strep tests, flu testing, etc.) Assist with completion of school, camp, and medical forms Call in or fax prescriptions as directed by providers Perform occasional urinary catheterizations Support a positive patient experience for children and families QualificationsRequired Active Indiana RN license Current AHA BLS certification CPR certification Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Pediatric nursing experience Experience administering vaccines BSN degree Knowledge of child growth and development from infancy through adolescence TB certification through the American Lung Association is a plus Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Flexible schedule Supportive team environment Consistent weekday schedule — no nights, weekends, or holidays Join a practice where relationships matter and where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families every day.
