1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Step-Down (ICC) position at a Level III Trauma, Magnet-eligible acute care hospital in Indiana, requiring telemetry and IV start skills with every other weekend availability. Details Step-Down (ICC) unit within a 244-bed short-term acute care hospital Level III Trauma facility Patient ratio of 1:4-5 Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Every other weekend required One holiday required per 13-week assignment No on-call requirement; additional shifts may be picked up voluntarily May be required to float to sister Step-Down units (Level 2 or Level 3) Charting performed in Cerner No cost for parking Requirements Active Indiana or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted if active by start date Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 1 year of RN experience required Telemetry experience required IV start proficiency required Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Additional Information Royal blue scrubs required All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
