Since its founding in 1984, it has established itself as a trusted provider of multispecialty surgical care in the community, combining extensive industry experience with state-of-the-art facilities and a team of dedicated specialists. This position is Monday-Friday, day shift, no holidays or weekends. No call. Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Staff RN Operating Room to join our team! In this vital role, you will be at the forefront of patient care, supporting surgical teams during procedures across various specialties. Your expertise will ensure that every patient receives safe, efficient, and personalized care in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for registered nurses passionate about surgical nursing and eager to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Responsibilities Prepare the operating room by ensuring all necessary equipment, supplies, and sterile techniques are in place for each procedure. Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures by providing instruments, managing anesthesia support, and maintaining a sterile environment. Monitor patient vital signs and overall condition throughout surgery, responding promptly to any changes or complications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and healthcare providers to deliver seamless patient care. Requirements Valid Indiana RN license.
