Make a Difference The Ambulatory Registered Nurse functions as a member of the ProCare at Home team, conducting duties such as: phone triage, patient education, scheduling appointments, prescription refill, referrals, care coordination, connects patient to social worker for resources, and other related tasks as needed. The RN will work both remotely from home and onsite in the Fishers office once training has been completed. The office is located on the north side in Fishers, Indiana. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). One year or more of nursing experience required. Previous medical office/outpatient experience preferred. Phone triage experience a plus. Excellent communication skills. Excellent team skills. Compassionate and caring.
