Parkview Behavioral Health (PBH) - Fort Wayne, IN Full Time or Part-Time | 24-36 hrs/wk | 0700-1930 (Days) 1900-0730 (Nights) About the Role Parkview Behavioral Health provides acute inpatient psychiatric care across four adult units (55 beds). RNs care for adults experiencing psychiatric crises, including depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and substance use disorders. What You'll Do Provide patient-centered psychiatric nursing care Complete assessments, implement care plans, and document progress Administer medications and support de-escalation/interventions Partner with the multidisciplinary team on treatment and discharge planning Maintain a safe, structured therapeutic environment Required Qualifications Nursing Diploma, ASN, or BSN (BSN preferred; eligible for premium pay) Valid Indiana RN license and current CPR/BLS certification Ability to meet standard nursing physical requirements (e.g., lifting, patient assist) 1+ year of inpatient experience preferred Compensation & Benefits BSN premium pay available Sign-on bonuses offered Quarterly $250 "Lifestyle Benefit" Student loan repayment up to $30,000 Tuition assistance and continuing education support
