Granger Oral Surgery and Dental Implants is seeking a full-time registered nurse to join our fast-paced, high-end oral surgery practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both clinical excellence and meaningful patient interaction. Responsibilities & Daily Expectations This is a hands-on, patient-focused role that plays a critical part in both the clinical and operational flow of the practice.

Responsibilities include:

Starting IVs efficiently and confidently Administering medications per doctor's orders Monitoring patients throughout anesthesia and surgical procedures Preparing patients for surgery and ensuring comfort and safety Supporting patient evaluations by: Reviewing and documenting medical histories Discussing planned procedures in a clear, supportive manner Providing pre- and post-operative instructions Managing and maintaining medication inventory Participating in post-operative care and patient recovery Contributing to the overall efficiency, organization, and flow of the practice What We're Looking For & Team Expectations We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong internal drive to grow within a team-focused culture.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:15-5:00, Friday 7:15-1:00 401K, PTO No medical insurance benefits
