Key Qualifications:
Active RN license, with eligibility to practice in Indiana Minimum of 2 years' recent CVOR experience required Proficient in cardiovascular operating room protocols and sterile techniques Solid interpersonal skills and a patient-centric approach Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver patient care throughout the cardiovascular operating room process Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during complex procedures Monitor patients closely, recognizing complications and responding quickly Document procedures and patient status accurately, maintaining compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines Foster a safe environment, collaborating with fellow nursing and surgical staff
