Licensure/Certification/Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following required: Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works. Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 6 months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works. Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the National Certification Corporation (NCC) obtained within 6 months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works. Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
Masters Degree of Nursing required.

1 year of experience preferred.
