Shift:
Part-time, Nights Nursing skills gained on this unit:- Critical thinking in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced nursing skills such as challenging IV placement, specialized equipment, and patient resuscitation
Flexibility and Adaptability Unit Successes/Designations:
- Trauma 1 designation by American College of Surgeons
- Premier location for pediatric emergency care
- Connections with colleagues as Indiana's only verified pediatric burn center, pediatric surgical center, as well as EMS pediatric readiness designation

- Invested team members engaged in large, diverse unit councils Qualifications
- Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
