The role ensures adherence to care plans, collaborates with families and healthcare teams, and supports student health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high‑quality nursing care in a school setting, ensuring adherence to care plans. Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to deliver seamless patient‑centered care. Assess patient needs and update medical records accordingly. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license State licensure for RN Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in school or similar settings Experience with CHIRP Resume Ability to work 6‑8 hours a day Strong communication skills Ability to pass background check
