Preferred Pediatrics of Lafayette- Requisition #2589 Unity Healthcare is a comprehensive, multi-specialty healthcare provider with offices throughout North Central Indiana. We have over 20 specialties, including an award-winning surgery center. We are locally owned, which allows us to make decisions in the best interest of our patients and our community. With our 50 + experienced Healthcare Professionals, innovative technology, and wide range of services and treatment options, we help each patient live his or her best life. Responsibilities Serves as an advanced practice nurse and partners with other members of the healthcare team to provide medical care and treatment in a pediatric setting. Provides a full range of pediatric care and makes referrals to general pediatricians, family practice physicians, or specialty physicians Provide well-child checkups, immunizations, and anticipatory guidance to promote growth and development. Educates patients and their families on preventative care, illness prevention, and managing common conditions. Requirements & Skills Board Eligible Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Must have excellent multitasking, organizational, and computer skills Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana Employment Details Full-time or Part-time opportunities!
