Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join the CCU team at a community hospital setting. The RN will provide high-acuity care to critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and advanced interventions. This role demands strong clinical judgment, prior travel experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the CCU Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic status Administer medications, including IV drips and critical care therapies Operate and manage life-support equipment such as ventilators and monitoring devices Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition or emergencies Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation (Meditech preferred) Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices Provide patient and family education regarding conditions and treatment plans Support continuity of care during shift transitions RN01

Required Qualifications:

Active Indiana or Compact RN license Active

BLS AHA 2

years of Critical Care experience Active

ACLS AHA
