The Hard Requirement:

Because we provide only Experienced Hospice Nurses we have a strict requirement: You must have at least 2 years of direct Hospice field experience (seeing patients in their homes).

Please Note:

While we respect all nursing paths, experience with dying patients in a hospital setting does not qualify for this role. We are looking for nurses who already understand the unique nuances of home-based hospice care and have worked as a hospice field nurse for at least 2 years.

What You'll Do:

Provide all levels of hospice visits within your local community. Complete hospice appropriate, timely, documentation that supports patient eligibility and regulatory standards. Deliver outstanding service to the clients, patients and families. Serve as a compassionate advocate for patients and their families during their most critical moments.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2 years of home-based Hospice experience (Required) . Current CPR certification. Strong proficiency in EMR systems and hospice documentation.
