Coordinates with the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs and ensure compliance with appropriate budgetary, State and Federal guidelines.Teamwork:

Strong understanding and collaboration with team members to ensure quick, equitable and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions.Requirements:
Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration. Indiana QMA license. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
