2 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN - Oncology for a 13-week outpatient clinic position in Munster, IN, requiring 3+ years of oncology experience and an active IN or compact RN license. Details Outpatient oncology clinic setting on the 6th floor with exam rooms serving 4 providers Oncology and hematology patient population Role includes rooming patients, taking vitals, and directly supporting 4 providers Day shift schedule: Monday & Wednesday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM-1:30 PM 40-hour work week with no weekend requirements No on-call or holiday coverage required No floating required Requirements Active IN or compact RN license required Current BLS certification required Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher required Minimum 3 years of recent oncology RN experience required No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months US Social Security Number (SSN) required Additional Information Support a team of 4 oncology/hematology providers in a busy outpatient clinic environment Strong communication skills are important for success in this role Navy blue scrubs required; scrubs only — no other attire permitted Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are eligible to apply First-time travelers are welcome to apply
