Full Time Emergency Department RN - Up to $104,000/YR + $10K Retention Bonus

This full‑time Emergency Department RN position provides urgent and critical care in a high‑volume emergency department in New Castle, Indiana. The role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in a high-volume emergency department Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Triage patients and prioritize care based on severity of condition Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare team members Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records

Qualifications:

Active Indiana RN license BLS certification Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care

Preferred Skills:

ACLS certification (completed within 12 months) PALS certification (completed within 12 months) TNCC certification (completed within 12 months) NRP certification (completed within 12 months) ER/Emergency Department RN experience Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients
