Schedule/Hours:
Variable hours, depending on department needs Rotating shifts to accommodate work-life balance
Key Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year recent Cath Lab experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and collaborative abilities Willingness to adapt to new practices and technologies
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Cath Lab Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures Monitor patient condition before, during, and after procedures Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and multidisciplinary staff Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policy
