LOCUM Hematology Oncology Physician - Plymouth, Indiana Outpatient Oncology | Long-Term Assignment | Infusion Coverage 365 Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician for a long-term locum opportunity in Plymouth, Indiana . This assignment is focused on outpatient oncology and infusion coverage across two locations, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role while helping build and grow a new service line. Schedule Model

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Evening/night call coverage required
• No weekend clinic responsibilities Coverage Needed
• Start ASAP
• Long-term assignment (minimum 6 months)
• Ongoing coverage with potential for locum-to-perm transition Practice Overview
• Outpatient Hematology/Oncology practice
• Coverage split between two locations:
• Plymouth (2 days/week)
• Mishawaka (3 days/week)
• Average 30 patients per day
• Adult and geriatric patient population

Epic Clinical Scope

• Outpatient Hematology and Oncology care (50/50 split)
• Infusion center coverage
• Chemotherapy administration oversight
• Bone marrow biopsy procedures
• Management of vascular access devices (VAD/CV catheters)
• Participation in tumor board discussions Clinical Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage oncology and hematology patients
• Develop treatment plans and oversee chemotherapy regimens
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
• Collaborate with oncology nursing and infusion teams
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board
• Provide evening call coverage for patient needs Practice Environment

• Board Certified in Hematology and/or Oncology (with demonstrated competency in both)
• Active Indiana license or IMLC with LOQ
• BLS certification
• Willingness to commit to long-term assignment
• Clean malpractice and background history
