Key Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license, valid in Indiana. At least 1-2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience. Proficiency in administering medication, assisting with cardiac procedures, and monitoring patient vitals. BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA). Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist in cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and stent placements. Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safety and comfort. Collaborate with physicians, techs, and other nurses to provide optimal patient care. Accurately document procedures and patient responses.
