This is a unique opportunity for an RN with home health administrative experience in Indiana who wants to take ownership of building a successful program—not just maintaining one. You'll play a key role in securing licensure, establishing clinical and operational processes, and supporting early growth. This position combines leadership and direct patient care. The right candidate is comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on field work during the start-up phase. This role is not suited for candidates seeking a primarily office-based position. What You'll Do As our Assistant Director of Nursing , you will: Lead the licensure process and secure our Indiana Home Health license Develop, and implement clinical, operational, and compliance Provide clinical oversight from admission through discharge Perform skilled nursing visits Ensure compliance with all Indiana state regulations, policies, and standards Deliver both administrative leadership AND hands-on field support Partner directly with the RN owner to build and scale the program Recruit, train, supervise and support field staff as the program grows Maintain strong relationships with clients and families to ensure exceptional care This is a working leadership role —you'll be in the field, not just behind a desk.
