You will:

Provide high-quality nursing care to medically fragile children Administer medications and monitor patient responses Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Assist with medical treatments as needed Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards Participate in ongoing training and professional development Qualifications Valid RN license in Indiana CPR certification required (PALS certification is a plus) Pediatric or critical care experience preferred, but not required Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient assessment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team A compassionate heart and a desire to make a meaningful impact
