2 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac/Progressive Care Float Pool position requiring at least 3 years of experience and active ACLS and BLS certifications. Details Float pool position in a cardiac/progressive care (stepdown) unit within an acute care hospital setting Managers will interview and place travelers in the unit that best fits their skills and experience Schedule is 3x12-hour night shifts per week Charting is performed in Cerner EMR Requirements Active RN license in Indiana (IN) or a Compact state currently in hand Minimum 3 years of RN experience required Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS (both AHA) Cardiac/progressive care or stepdown unit experience required Additional Information BSN is not required for this position Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position Candidates residing between 50-100 miles of the facility may be eligible but at a reduced pay rate A manager interview is required prior to placement; candidates will be placed on the unit that best matches their background
