Registered Nurse

This add is for a family looking for a kind, loving RN to care for their Adult son with special needs who is transitioning to living in his own apartment supported by paid caregivers.

Duties include:

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care in the patient's home Direct head to toe assessment to identify medical needs that require attention Care and replacement of Gtube every 3 months and as necessary Updating and revising High Risk Plans and medication administration records Experience preferred: Working with Adults who are non verbal and have unique behavior challenges as well as medical needs Must be able to walk quickly Excellent ability to multi task Must be able to prepare foods in accordance with a highly specialized diet
