Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-Tele Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic nursing environment and perform a vital role in patient care within a specialized telemetry setting. As a Registered Nurse with a focus on Telemetry, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by utilizing crucial assessment skills and advanced clinical judgment. This contract role is ideal for a driven RN who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at monitoring critically important patient information.
Key Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license 1+ year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing Proficient in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and rapid response protocols BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for patients requiring continuous ECG surveillance Respond promptly to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions Administer medications and manage IV therapies as ordered Conduct thorough patient assessments and document all care accurately Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, care expectations, and discharge instructions Coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
