Schedule/Hours:
Travel position; specific shifts determined upon assignment
Desired Experience:
Current active RN license Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Telemetry nursing experience Proficient in cardiac monitoring techniques and equipment Strong critical thinking and rapid response skills BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Comfortable adapting to new teams and electronic medical record systems
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, assess, and document patient cardiac rhythms and vital signs Deliver patient-centered care and respond promptly to acute changes Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Administer prescribed treatments and medications with attention to detail Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families during hospital stays Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with facility procedures
