13 Wk Contract - Registered Nurse

AllShifts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract at a healthcare facility. You will provide direct patient care and coordinate treatment with the healthcare team. 7p-7a 3 Days a Week $68.50/

Hr Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes Document care accurately in the medical record Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements:

Active RN State License Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS as required by facility) Basic computer and documentation skills Fetal Monitoring, NRP,BLS, ACLS required (American Heart Association) 1 Year in

OB & MedSurg Pay:

From $68.50 per hour
