Major Staffing LLC - Kansas (Traveling Position) PRN • Part-Time • Full-Time About Us Major Staffing LLC is a nurse-owned, nurse-led staffing agency serving long-term care, acute care, and rehabilitation facilities across Kansas. We are rapidly growing and looking for compassionate, dependable RNs and LPNs who are willing to travel to various partnered facilities throughout Kansas to provide exceptional care. Position Overview We are seeking experienced and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for traveling assignments across Kansas . This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and strong clinical skills. You choose your availability, and we match you with shifts based on proximity, facility needs, and your travel radius. Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective nursing care within Kansas long-term care and acute care settings Complete nursing assessments, administer medications, and assist with treatments Document care timely and accurately in facility EMR or paper charts Respond to resident condition changes and communicate with facility leadership Maintain professionalism and compassion with residents, families, and staff Collaborate with facility CNAs/CMAs and support continuity of care Follow all infection control, safety, and facility-specific protocols Adapt to different environments and patient populations Travel to assigned facilities based on your availability and schedule Qualifications Active Kansas RN or LPN license (required) Current CPR/BLS certification Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Kansas Clear background check required (KDADS-compliant) Ability to use the GroupMe app for communication with scheduling/admin teams Strong communication, professionalism, and punctuality Minimum 6 months of experience preferred What We Offer Flexible scheduling — pick the shifts you want Shifts available statewide: Western Kansas, Central Kansas, Wichita area, etc. Competitive Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit A variety of clinical environments to build experience - LTC, ISB, Acute, ER, Med Surge.
