Schedule & Hours:

Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00

AM Desired Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS certification (required) Recent experience in Telemetry or on an Acute Care/Medical-Surgical unit Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities Positive, engaged attitude and collaborative spirit Familiarity with central line management and medication drips (preferred) Experience with PCA and IV pumps is a plus EMR proficiency, particularly Meditech, is beneficial

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on a 29-bed unit, typically managing a patient load of 1:6 Utilize PCA and IV pump equipment confidently Administer and monitor medication drips and manage central lines as needed Accurately document all care activities and assessments in the Meditech EMR system Collaborate closely with fellow RNs and Patient Care Techs to maintain high standards of care throughout each shift Apply critical thinking skills to respond to emergencies and evolving patient needs Maintain compliance with unit protocols and uphold all clinical best practices Why consider this role?
