Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care on a Medical-Surgical (MS) unit Conduct patient assessments and monitor progress Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members Educate patients and families regarding conditions and ongoing care Accurately document all patient interactions and interventions

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum of one year recent experience in a Med/Surg nursing setting BLS certification (additional certifications may be required) Strong clinical judgment and adaptability Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
