Job Description
Job Description? Allen County Regional Hospital and Anderson County Hospital are seeking a Float Pool RN to support Med Surg, ED, and Long Term Care units. The Float Pool RN will function as both a bedside nurse and clinical resource nurse, demonstrating competency across all assigned areas. This role helps ensure staffing needs are met across both day and night shift. Float differential offered on top of base pay•
Shift:
Full Time Nights (6:45p-7:15a), must work 5 weekend shifts within a 6 week period We're looking for a nurse with strong critical thinking skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a positive, professional attitude. + Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. + Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and for supervision of other patient care staff. + Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. + This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines, and proceduresJob Requirements Applicable Experience:
