We are seeking a passionate individual that wants to join Ascentist as a member of our Interventional Pain Management team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients by collaborating closely with physicians and support staff to deliver top-tier care that focuses on non-pharmacological pain interventions for long-term relief. You will assist with procedures and day-to-day clinic visits to educate patients and coordinate care plans, playing a key role in improving outcomes and ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care. In this role, you will: Assess, plan, and provide care for patients with chronic pain. Assist with procedures. Administer treatments (like injections). Educate patients on plans (medications, PT, lifestyle changes). Manage documentation in the EMR. Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient comfort and improved function. Minimum of 2 years of substantial clinical and/or pain nursing experience required Education Required Associates or better in Nursing or related field Bachelors or better in Nursing or related field
