A healthcare facility is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to provide exceptional patient care in the Emergency Room. This contract opportunity is ideal for nurses ready to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
Active RN license with eligibility to practice Minimum of one year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS and TNCC preferred) Demonstrated proficiency in emergency nursing procedures and protocols Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to remain composed and efficient in high-stress situations
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations experiencing emergency conditions Conduct detailed assessments, initiate interventions, and monitor patient responses Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs per established protocols Document observations, nursing actions, and patient responses accurately and timely Provide education and support to patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions Ensure a safe, organized, and clean environment in compliance with hospital standards This contract role offers a rewarding opportunity to deepen your clinical skills in a dynamic setting while making a real difference for patients in critical situations.
