Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care during the pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases Monitor patient status, document findings, and respond promptly to changes or emergencies in the OR Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs to ensure safe and efficient procedures Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and sterile field standards Prepare operating room and assist with surgical equipment setup Offer professional support and education to patients and their families regarding surgical procedures and recovery
