In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents. You will work closely with physicians, families, and staff to support the physical and emotional well-being of pediatric patients. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for pediatric patients Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations in accordance with protocols Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and home care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Ensure compliance with safety standards and healthcare regulations Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in KS Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred Current BLS certification required Previous pediatric or clinical nursing experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills Ability to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced environment
