Key Requirements:
Active RN license in good standing Demonstrated experience in PICU and PCU settings Current BLS and PALS certifications; ACLS preferred Proficient in critical care procedures and monitoring Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environments Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation
Role Responsibilities:
