Desired Qualifications:

Valid and active RN license Experience in Stepdown and/or PCU strongly preferred Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Proficient with electronic medical records and documentation Ability to navigate fast-paced, ever-changing situations with composure Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care for patients transitioning from critical care to general care, closely monitoring vital signs and progress Administer medications, treatments, and complex therapies as prescribed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participating in care planning and rounds Effectively communicate with patients and families, delivering updates and education as needed Respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions, utilizing advanced clinical judgment Ensure all care is documented accurately and in a timely manner
