Qualifications & Experience:

Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and triage skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure setting Effective communication and teamwork capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department Assess, triage, and monitor patient vital signs and clinical status Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately and promptly Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care Respond rapidly and appropriately to emergency situations utilizing established protocols
