Job Description

RN Case Manager Parsons, KS Full-time Full-time Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse Case Manager will include planning, organizing and directing hospice care. The selected candidate will have experience in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individual and families within their homes and communities.
Qualifications:
Kansas RN License Experienced in similar position or oncology. Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently Travel to home sites and medical facilities requires current Driver's license along with proof of auto insurance and good driving record.
