Key Responsibilities:
Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures and interventions Monitor and assess patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure Administer medications as required, ensuring patient comfort and safety Operate and maintain specialized Cath Lab equipment Accurately document procedures, medications, and patient progress Educate patients and families regarding post-procedure care Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license (state or compact) Minimum one year of Cath Lab nursing experience preferred ACLS and BLS certifications required Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing clinical scenarios
