Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care:

assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and safety protocols. Conduct and document thorough patient assessments in line with HIPAA compliance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans. Monitor and report changes in residents' health and vital signs. Educate residents and families on treatment plans and preventative care. Participate in quality improvement programs. Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment. Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in the state of Kansas Experience with geriatric care preferred High level of compassion, patience, and empathy Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent teamwork and communication Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple residents and tasks Commitment to continued professional growth Why Join Us?
