(RN) Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room setting Strong triage, assessment, and critical thinking skills BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities:

Assess and triage patients upon arrival and throughout their emergency department stay Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by providers Monitor patient status and respond rapidly to any changes or emergencies Document patient care activities accurately in medical records Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and aftercare instructions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Provide compassionate care, emotional support, and advocacy for patients and their loved ones
