Requirements and Qualifications:

Active RN license, eligible in the state of Kansas Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Scrubbing and circulating experience strongly desired Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication abilities Familiarity with a variety of surgical specialties

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures Collaborate with surgical teams to anticipate needs and maintain a sterile environment Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and equipment management Advocate for patient safety at every stage of the surgical process
